Prof Dr David HT LAN

Your article of 23 July on "South China Sea ruling may well seek solution in regional cooperation " properly sets the scene & tone on this interesting subject of some grave concern to many people in this part of the world. Should be more interesting & meaningful if you could point out the direction how concerned & interested countries / parties could move forward in pursuit for their own or overall interest for economic, environmental, social, political & other (perhaps military?) benefits.
