Why was WHO visit to China delayed and what's the global outlook on Chinese vaccines?

The WHO delayed visit was not a retraction, merely time needed to sort out preparations for new emerging pandemic risks. Soon afterwards, Beijing announced that the WHO visit will take place on 14 January, 2021.)
